Terms of Use

By engaging the services of Bstance Marketing & Design Agency ("Bstance"), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

Bstance offers digital marketing, graphic design, web development, and audiovisual production services through adjustable monthly packages. The specific scope of each engagement is detailed in the commercial proposal accepted by the client.

2. Payments

Services are billed monthly in advance. Prices shown on the website are indicative USD references. The final price is confirmed in the formal proposal. Clients have 5 business days from the start of each billing cycle to complete payment without surcharge.

3. Intellectual Property

All creative material produced by Bstance for the client (logos, designs, copy, source code) becomes the client's property once the corresponding payment is completed. Bstance reserves the right to feature the work in its portfolio with prior client approval.

4. Guarantees

Bstance guarantees first updated within 7 business days of project start. If this deadline is missed without force majeure, the client will not be charged for that period. The 14-day guarantee covers complete conceptual revisions; scope changes or new creative directions after this period are billed separately.

5. Cancellation

Clients may cancel services with 15 days' notice without penalty. Work in progress at the time of cancellation is billed proportionally. All delivered and paid-for material remains the client's property.

6. Limitation of Liability

Bstance is not responsible for specific sales or traffic results derived from executed campaigns. Performance reports are informational and metrics depend on factors outside the agency's control.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute will preferably be resolved through mediation before resorting to legal action.
